You can park by the hotel to unload and then drive a short distance to the public car park near the Gendarmerie. For ten Euros returnable deposit you can borrow a free parking card. Also, the late check-in process was simple - the hotel provided us with a code to get in and the keys were waiting for us just inside.

  Once arrived they offered us a free upgrade to a suite: Jacuzzi and large shower ensuite, it had a very nice view on Kayserberg's main street. Maybe the view from other rooms (with little balconies) is even better (Schlossberg vineyards and the Castle). Private parking and a quite small but very relaxing SPA - Kaysesberg in an Alsacian gem and this hotel is the cherry of the cake! The three gourmet restaurants of are absolutely GORGEOUS and worth the visit. Kind and very well prepared staff .Our room view were the vineyards...not bad at all!!

  The room is equipped with everything needed for staying and eating. The room is very colourful and every detail is carefully thought and of a high quality. The owners have a nice restaurant near, and they are a very lovely couple to talk to (but you won't see them if you don't want to...) the village is a lovely place, and the apartment is just in... wat mensen zeggen » its centre. In addition, you get a plate that allows you to park near the hotel for free. - Really nice family run business with a great restaurant in addition. From the moment I made the booking until we left, we had contact with Gabrielle and we were made feel very welcome and had a very happy stay.
