  The staff were fantastic. Every single person we met seemed to like their job, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were a good size for European standards, very clean and quiet. The location was excellent- a nice walk along the river into the heart of Chamonix and an easy... wat mensen zeggen » , short walk to the gondola. The dinner was excellent and the breakfasts were good (coffee was delish!). Parking was plentiful and right outside the h - From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home. Thanks also for arranging ourairport transfer. All in all a great hotel in a great locatio

  The apartment was very spacious set on two levels. The appointments and equipment was very good and included essentially every thing up to 4 people could ask for. There was no need for a bond payment, as the apartment was administered by the hotel which was just a few steps away. Car parking was perfectly adequate, off-street, and well positioned ... wat mensen zeggen » so the car was visible from the apartment windows. - Great size and facilities of the apartment; fantastic heating, other great facilities including kitchen equipment, tv with British channels and DVD/Blue ray player, ski boot warmer and place to store skis, great location for town centre , for hiring skis, for supermarkets, shops , restaurants and ski buses.

  One of the original hotels first opened in Chamonix! Still owned by the same family with the owner living in a cute chateau on the premises. It has views of Monte Blanc and the river too. Balconies with room for table and chairs, all set in a cozy mountain cabin atmosphere, with modern touches and updated accommodations (relaxing living room wit... wat mensen zeggen » h a big stone fireplace, with a smaller areas of wooden chairs and tables for playing card or games or using the computer, also a billiards room, exe - We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy hotel. The staff were very helpful and they upgraded our room for free because we traveled with our little daughter. The room is really nice, spacious, with a balcony with a wonderful view over the mountains, Chamonix and the river. The hotel is actually by the river and it is in a very nice location in Chamonix, by the main pedestrian road but in a quiet place. An extra plus is the available parking on site. We would recommend the hotel to anyone travell
