  Excellent hotel. So close to the beach and amazing value for money. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could do all our own cooking. Would stay here again next time. - Excellent location, very close to the promenade de anglais. Very close to supermarkets also which made eating in and travelling on a budget an easy matter esp with kids.

The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect. I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

  Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. Location is great, as the train station is within a few minutes walking distance, not very close to the sea- a good 20 minute walk to Old Nice or the Promenade des anglais, tram is nearby as well... Safe as well, but I wouldn't hang around outside at night. The place would have been hard to find, but I - The host is very nice during our stay, the location is quite convenient, the facility is quite good as well, a nice place to go in the future.
