  The staff was very friendly, though the English was not perfect it was enough to settle things we needed. The room was very clean and comfy, with a separate entrance and a small garden before. We also liked the possibility of having breakfast outside on the terrace. It is close to the airport and only 15 minutes by walk to the beach (circa 5 km to... wat mensen zeggen » the city center). The neighborhood was quiet, people friendly. - Wanderfull place. Very quiet! Location is very ussefull for car traveling. There is parking place free! Alberto, as the host, helped us to plan a 3-day trip near nice and recommended restaurants, interesting places and even the best routs. What impressed me most was his "legend" life experience.   The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport. We all had a fabulous time staying at home sweet home and we were able to access the kitchen for drinks at anytime day or nigh... wat mensen zeggen » t which was a good bonus. We all said if we return to Nice we would certainly stay at Home Sweet Home without hesitation. - Geneviève(the owner) is kind and helpful, she recommended me several places to visit, and even helped me for the information of car renting. The house is neat and spacious, also clean and well organized. I really enjoyed the staying there!

  This residence is beautiful, with a great lady as the host. We were delighted with everything except access. The room we had was unique, very old French country style, small but extremely elegant. Everything was very clean. Close to shops and beach (1.5km), not far from Nice either. For sure to stay again - The accommodation was very close to the... wat mensen zeggen » .old village. It was also a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden.
