I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport (about 10 mins taxi ride away- expect to pay 16-18 euros each way). We arrived at about 2pm, and only noticed upon arrival it had a 5pm check-in. I phoned the manager (whose number was on the gate) and he kindly let us in (which we were grateful for as we were pretty tired after an earl

for low budget price, the service was great. Clean hotel, Owner was perfect. You are about 3 KMS from the old city boardwalk. As long as you know this going in, you are fine. Perfect value for what you pay for. Room is small, but again, it is budget. Great courtyard to wait for people while they get ready. Remember, you are in Nice to be in Nice and not in your hotel room.
Room is place just to rest head.

Perfect location, clean rooms with magnificent views.
We went to Nice to watch the Tour de France and the hotel owners were more than happy to let us build our store our bikes in the hotel.
Very helpful and polite staff.
Overall an excellent place to stay, even if it is quite a way from the old town - easy to walk or ride in along the Promenade though.
We will stay here again next year.

Villa Eden is like a boutique hotel. Antique furnishings and feels very French. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have rooms with Mediterranean views. What is nice is the hotel sits away from the street, making the rooms quite. We enjoyed our stay. Great location, great hospitality and an exceptional value
