  We enjoyed everything, from the first welcome to the easy arrangement of an earlier breakfast so we could make our train. The dinner at Trattoria Aukio in the ground floor was excellent. My only regret is not realising that we probably would have had enough time to go to the proper breakfast buffet before leaving, as I am sure it would have been f... wat mensen zeggen » antastic. Would love to come back! - Very nice hotel, perhaps the best in Jyväskylä. Standards have been set on a higher than normal level and staff deliveres. Rooms are also very good as well as the other hotel facilities. A very good breakfast which is hardly unusual, still worth mentioning.

I can highly recommend this place if you wish to spent a relaxing holiday. Jämsä is some 40km away and you can make nice excursions if you wish to spent a day outside the forest.   Its not the first time I stayed at Norlandia, and I have to say every time I found the staff very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The hotel is right behind the Tampere University Hospital, thus a few mins walk to the bus stop from where you can travel in and around Tampere with ease. The premises were always clean, even my 1yr old daught... wat mensen zeggen » er found it comfortable to sleep well. This is one hotel I always check first when I have to stay at Tampere and have already recommended to a lot of - Everything was very nice, as described. Staff was very helpful: directing us to the laundry room to use the ironing facility, calling a cab etc. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich.
