  The hotel position is great just few blocks away from central station. Staff was kind and room clean, comfortable and soundproof, though the hotel is located directly on the street and just above the pub. After check out they were also so kink to keep our (cabin size) luggage for the morning. Excellent value for money right in the heart of Helsi... wat mensen zeggen » nki. Free wifi connection - It was easy to find, although the signs were subtle. Comfortable beds, quiet even though with the window open down to the street. Vending machine had free or almost free bottle water. Little store nearby with hot food even at night made up for no room service. Big bathroom and shower.

  This hotel is fully automated - no staff. You only have a code which you use to: open main door, open door to your room, to use wifi. Really great idea! The room was spacious, big comfortable bed, a big wardrobe, very fast wifi. Location is good - not far from the city center. There are a few 24H shops in the surroundings. - Good location, able t... wat mensen zeggen » o walk to the center of tHe city in 15 minutes. Value was good. Good size for two folks but not conducive to spending time in the room. (Older folks tend to do that more than younger folks.)

  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. They wrote that parking has to be paid extra in the description, but it's free on weekends. Payment required Mo-Fr... wat mensen zeggen » until 6 pm only. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.
