Room was clean and customer support quick via email. Closed to the centre with different supermarkets around. Fridge is very helpful.
This is not a hostel. On each floor there are two/three flats which are then separated into different rooms. We have not seen any tourist. All people staying in seemed to be students or people renting the rooms. The common area was never cleaned during our 4nights stay. Bathroom was horribly dirty and we finished buying some disinfectant to clean it ourself every day. Code doors might be very noisy.
