  The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff .   Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its... wat mensen zeggen » taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are - probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

  The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower. It was very pleasant sitting in the floating bar/restaurant and watching the world go by on the river. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful.   The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it. The executive lounge on the 22 floor is great. We ate breakfast there and had the place to ourselves. Limited menu, but perfect for u - The service was great they helped with all my needs.   The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $. The food was excellent in Bab Elnil restaurant, shisha was a b... wat mensen zeggen » less. The nile view was just incredible with even the tub oversees the nile view. It was an excellent experience and I got rewarded from my wife for t - I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!
