Gorgeous hotel and brilliant location. I could not believe how huge this was ?!! The staff was friendly and the facility was new and efficient. AA lot of things to do. It feels like you are in a whole city. However, you have to drive to the sky mall up the mountain to get this feeling do not confine yourself to the "Pyramids" only. This is one of the best destination in Egypt. The 22 storeys high Water Front Pyramid design buildings provides a magnificent sea view ,, one loses time while enjoying this view from the balcony . The reception staff ( karim & Sara ) were very friendly and helped me a lot to choose my unit location according to my needs .

Staff was Fantastic, Very Polite and helpful also scenery was fabulous. I really Enjoyed the stay there and sure I'll be there every year. excellent location on Red sea, yet not too far from Cairo. good variety of entertainment and excellent sea view. very friendly staff. A sweet home away from HOME. Safe and Eco friendly/bydget friendly. A wondderful place to be with family and children. The beach and swimming pools view is excellent. Mall and resturants offers all range of required objects. - Location is perfect, alomst full city - Many things to do, - An amazing design, - Family oriented,. the swimming pool is huge there is many shops near by n it is not so far from cairo. View is very nice. Swimming pools are ok. Except warm swimming pool it was heated when the sun was warm alreay, it should be ready maximum by 9.00 am otherwise there is use of it. Streets connecting parts of the project need to be wider. Check in was painful, you better put more agents in busy days. The very bad smell of the kitchen in the appartment The beach is small / full of rocks / not clean . you have to cross the road over the bridge to reach the beach No room service or house keeping serve apprtments The receptionist assigned to us a too far apprtment from the center while most of the apprtments where empty. No sun reach the apprtments Only one small heted pool while the weaher was so cold. All resturants is a very high prices. nothing. pay more attention for the apartment maintenance. Beach was little bit small and there was lots of rocks !!. cleanness was not too bad but could be better. Loud music around the swimming pools all the day. - There is no gym, - Indoor swiming pool is missing, - Poor reception, - staff not well organized,. i already arrived at 1 PM... but i could only check in at 3 PM. Anything you need you have to pay for it, bathroom towels, pool towels , toilet tools ( shower gel,shampo , etc...). Power cut for 6hours, but they offered transferring us to the hotel Requires regular maintainance. Maintenance is an issue, but didn't spoil my day. apartment reception team is not that professional and need more employee in the room service to satisfy customers as we take our apartment at 4 pm and my friend take it at 5 pm so if you are staying for one night you will get mad :). no cleaning equipments in the department although no room services. no free wifi connection. the room: wasn't clean the staff: haven't the same info about the one thing.ex : some one told us the telephrique is available & another one told us it is not so we don't know what should we do!. now daily cleaning for the appartement. There was some trash on the beach. food. room was not clean enough. No provision for pepole to drink and enjoy - missing BAR to drink Beer and wishkey. They told me when i was checking in that there are no supplements with this room which means that there will be no towels in the room and on the pool so I had to pay for them. Dirty Furniture, Poor apartment preparations, no cleaning h tools in the apartment. Everything u have to pass it with the key room and we were 4 persons with one key it was a little hard. 1- Cleanliness. 2- Parking location is very far from the apartment. Facility. not serviced and told us this is due to the special price offered. Absence of maintenance and housekeeping of the apartments. To reach your appartment, you need to walk a little bit (with bags & kids) Wasn't clean , so you must tke your linnen at least And anyways you should take your towels. The appartement was not clean room service delay too much time to check in and out. The bad smil coming from the bathroom that we cannot sleep in the master bedroom because of it. Bad and people are always late in providing service We faced problems in electricity in one of the rooms , air condition in another , the appartment door was locked with my family inside and it took hours till we were able to get them out and the reception was not responding quickly enough Rooms and corridors are not clean enough In general service are unsatisfactory and always very late. N Apartments no towels !!! kidding you have to pay extra 50 Le for it , no pool towels u have to pay for it !!?!! which is not included in Ur package !?? in letsbookhotel.com its named serviced apartments ?! what the hell they know about serviced ?! its not very ready in the non seasonable times .. It was crowded noisy at night. Cleaning is not good, even reach the level of risk of getting sick no manintenance at all booking website has to highlight the fair conditions. No Internet Reception staff is not well trained. Rooms are very much exhausted. Cleanliness is not up to the standards. Parking is so far from the towers. Hospitality is below average. no info provided regarding services or programs. The management of the place very bad.. No body answer phone calls straight away..spend two days and no body come to clean the rooms which were not clean when we arrived there.. Staff need to be exploded. I didnt like the beach it needs maintanance and the reception was so crowded with 2 employees only and late check in ( after 2.30 pm)!. Ms Sara at the reception was not so nice either at check-in or out. The apartment wasn't that clean , no shower Gel or soap. Room service need improvement. Not clean. view of the sea from balcony, spacious apartment, nearby Cairo, night life & coffee shops. Service is very bad. Appartments were very dirty. No daily housekeeping was made.
