  Fijn hotel, mooie schone kamer, goede badkamer. Geen geluidsoverlast vanandere gasten of van buiten, heerlijk rustig. Zeker een aanrader. Goedeomgeving metro en winkels en rest. In de buurt. - Vriendelijk onthaal, vlucht was zeer vroeg, we hebben een ontbijtpakket meegekregen.

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude! Thanks, Guys! - The location is excellent, just off the Old Town Square. El... wat mensen zeggen » ena at reception was always helpful and friendly. We were blown away by the spacious and well fitted out apartment - for the price we were expecting something much more basic!

  This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk. We exactly will be stay in this hotel in next trip to Praha! But seniors, and disabilities persons must kn... wat mensen zeggen » ow that no elevator in the hotel. It can be difficult for them to climb steep stairs. - The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

  Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Staff is polite. W... wat mensen zeggen » i-Fi internet connection is available in the room (but sometimes it is very poor). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.
