  Attent personeel, ruime kamer - Hotel is betrekkelijk kleinschalig en heeft rustige atmosfeer. Hoge standaard (zeker voor Tjechië) op bijna alle aspecten. Personeel was in doorsnee prima. I was bit concerned about the location before arriving to Prague but after my stay I would say, it is quite well located and public transport is really good to get to city centre, airport or main train station. My room was spacious and comfortable and very quiet. I will ce - Perfect! I didn't expect this price can offer me such a good accommodation! Although it is not in the center of Prague, but just 1 minute walk to the metro station and then 10 minutes to the city center, really not a question to me. The facility is in very good condition and the staff is very nice. Sincerely recommend it to everyone who are going to stay in Prague!

  Very friendly personnel. We got married while staying at Villa Hotel. When we came back after our wedding, the room was beatifully decorated. They did it on their own initiative. Our room was cleaned every day. The personnel was responsive to our requests. Breakfasts were good. We traveled by car, and it was nice to have a free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious, breakfast had a good range of food. The location was just the other side of Prague in a quiet part of town. But the Metro was only a 10 minute walk away and 5 stops to the centre of town. It was really easy to get around. Was a lovely romantic getaway.

Travellers who sometimes like to escape from the boring business hotels, it is the right choice. The rooms are simply and clean. The restaurant serves good Czech food and beer. Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... wat mensen zeggen » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The massage therapist was VERY helpful with my injured back. The swimming pool was not ... wat mensen zeggen » large, but large enough for laps. The cross-trainers had a strange angle, but the fitness center was very well stocked with modern machinery. The brea - Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.
