  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

The owner was very kind and helpful, she gave us maps and useful tips. Breakfast is between 8 and 10 in the morning. Room is clean wit - Pension Lucie is really conveniently situated, being five minutes from Kobylisy metro station, and with a choice of three tram routes nearby. It doesn't look much from the outside, but the rooms are really fantastic. The owners speak good English, and are very attentive and helpful. My room had satellite tv and a beautiful en-suite. Wi-Fi is available and a computer in reception can be used by guests. Breakfast was very comprehensive.

The rooms appeared quite new & most renovations of the building are done - except the courtyard. They now have a buffet breakfast which was very good in the downstairs restaurant. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs.
