  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. The room was spacious even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3 times multiple. Withou

  Kresimir sent us email before out arrival to arrange transportation and meeting time. Once we arrived and meet at the apartment, he showed us what's in the apartment, then gave us a few minutes to rest, then took us for a walk around the area.   We booked a three night stay at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Prague with both the old town and the new town on your doorstep. The hotel is unique with each room being individually designed and given it's own jewel name.   Alles in dit appartement was goed. Uitstekende ligging (1 min van centrale plein en 5 min van Karlsbrug). Verder zeer compleet uitgerust. Ruime kamers en keuken. Vanuit de kamers een mooi uitzicht op oude stadhuis en Tynkerk. Goed beveiligd met een aantal deuren en hekken. - ****100% outstanding**** Large historic apartment in unbelievable locati... wat mensen zeggen » on 100m from town hall/tower/clock, with view of towers from lounge window. Superbly appointed and equipped, great kitchen and bathroom, huge rooms, 6' wide bed in main room, proper dining table, big sofas, free wi-fi, beautifully clean-could walk bare-foot, amazingly quiet for location due to height above street and metre-thick walls- ideal for early night or lie-in, literally home from home 100m from the square-amazing. B - Location was excellent! steps away from the center, shopping, and restaurants! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Free wifi, and the owner is very nice and helped us arrange taxi service for pu/drop off at airport. Just beware its 3 floors up with no elevator, didn't' bother us or the kids but keep that in mind. The apartments are behind three sets of gates so it is very safe at night. This place is well worth every penny!!!!
