  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value.   We booked a three night stay at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Prague with both the old town and the new town on your doorstep. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.
