  All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top for what we were hoping for. We loved it! Advertised as room for 4 (2 double beds) we had come prepared with an air mattress for the other two adults but there were also two full size couches and a love seat. A ful... wat mensen zeggen » l kitchen (which we would have usd a lot if we had stayed more than one night) and a bathroom with a shower and a full-size bathtub plus the toilet in - Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable .   The Hunger wall apartments are in a great location which is out of the main tourist attraction of the old town, but in a neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants and within walking distance to all of the attractions. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean and was a pleasure to have as a base. There were convenience stores close by to stock up on anything you need for your - High value, spacious and gracious apartment that felt like home. It is a most pleasant walk into the Old Town from this location across the grass of Kampa to the Charles Bridge. The cafe breakfast and lunches delighted my palate. Coffee tasted wonderful to my palate and comparable to Portland and Seattle coffees in the NW US. The employees smiles were ever-present.

  From the moment of arrival to departure I was looked after in an impeccably professional yet friendly manner. Small extras like the offer of a tea or coffee while checking in, careful advice about getting around Prague, supply of tickets for public transport as needed (charged to final account) and just the right mix of interest in my welfare but ... wat mensen zeggen » respect of privacy and peace.   Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern. The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us... wat mensen zeggen » ; took off the wheel, took it to the repair shop, brought it back and refitted it so the car was ready for us to leave. He refused to add his time/ ef - We were pleased to have so much assistance from the staff. Not only were they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G. The owner Vaclav after we had checked out drove us to the city to his friends hotel, where we could leave our bags and use their kitchen. He showed us around the area. We had almost 5 hours before the flight, therefor we needed to know some places near by the metro, like a good restaurant, a playground for our kid and an Internet cafe where we can pri
