  Great, centrally located hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a very large room with old and charming furniture/bed. The room was on the first floor with a view onto a busy pedestrian street which was great to watch passersby but perhaps if we stay another time we might request a room overlooking the quiet courtyard as it was pretty noisy f... wat mensen zeggen » rom the street at night and early morning. The courtyard is great for a quiet glass of wine and the breakfast is simple but everything you need. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to help us for things we needed. The location is perfect. The rooms were old style with the wood floors and antique furniture. It was clean and comfortable and very well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again.

At first we even thought we were sharing it with another guests :-) The location could not be more central - just two steps from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. The emails with the contact person were quickly answered. With her help we had booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport. We already required a late check in and our plane was over an hour late arriving after midnight. The taxi driver waited for us and gave us the keys to the apt. We were very grateful. The restaurant across the street was great too.

Our room was cleaned every day. The personnel was responsive to our requests. Breakfasts were good. We traveled by car, and it was nice to have a free parking. But the Metro was only a 10 minute walk away and 5 stops to the centre of town. It was really easy to get around. Was a lovely romantic getaway.

  The hotel had a lovely tranquil feel to it. The room with ensuite bathroom was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. - Rooms are clean and unlikely to many other hotels - equipped with hair dryers. Does not matter for me but for my wife - it does.

The location was excellent, it was only a 4-minute walk from the city center and even though it was close to the center, it was in a quiet area.
