  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

  The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected. The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us. The hotel was located in an excellent area; close to everything but yet not in an extremely loud neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing.   One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire tour of Europe. Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Definitely our favorite hotel breakfast from the whole trip. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  Loved this hotel! We have stayed at hotels all across Europe and these beds were by far the best we have ever slept on! The staff was wonderful and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out. They were very accommodating for our 8 month old baby! Location was fabulous! About 2 minute walk from the main Christmas market in Prague. Room... wat mensen zeggen » was superb! Highly recommend this hotel! - Staff were very friendly, helpful and there 24 hours a day at reception which was really good. The breakfast was nice and we got a glass of sparkling wine with it (it's never too early for wine)! The bed was comfortable, the room had a minibar, safe that was free to use and a hairdryer. The location was excellent and we also had free wifi!

The position is incredible near to everything in the old city. - The location was perfect -- we walked everywhere and could easily get around to many sights.
