The staff all spoke very good English and the breakfast was good. There was a luggage room which we used after checking out at 11am which was very handy as our flight did not leave until 9pm. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - I felt like they went way above and beyond. Our room was amazing - a great view of the square and Tyn Church... a location that just couldn't be beat in my mind. And I thought the value was unreal for the location, room size and quality and service!!

Great view from window and convenient for all sightseeing and shopping. We were able to walk to most of the tourist sites. The apartment was tastefully appointed and comfortable. We were greeted on arrival at the apartment as we took advantage of having the Apartment staff organise our taxi ride from the airport. Our greeting and booking in was very welcoming and efficient - a real pleasure.

  We spent 3 days in Prague last weekend. Location was excellent, next to Old Town Sq.(magical at night, Christmas tree and market stalls) and Charles Bridge. Huge apartment. Great Kitchen had every modern gadget including coffee machine and microwave, although we didn't use much as we out touring Prague from 9-9pm. Apartment had a hairdryer and was... wat mensen zeggen » hing machine(including powder).Apartment very warm and cosy. Had to turn down the heating( in December). Very close by to a Hard Rock cafe. Tesco is - Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely.   Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.

  Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street. Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. Walking distance to most of the touristic spots and at the same time quiet and cozy. We had a last floor room with huge balcony overseeing the whole city - specifically castle and clocktower.
