The staff all spoke very good English and the breakfast was good. There was a luggage room which we used after checking out at 11am which was very handy as our flight did not leave until 9pm. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - I felt like they went way above and beyond. Our room was amazing - a great view of the square and Tyn Church... a location that just couldn't be beat in my mind. And I thought the value was unreal for the location, room size and quality and service!!

I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep.   Great, centrally located hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a very large room with old and charming furniture/bed. The room was on the first floor with a view onto a busy pedestrian street which was great to watch passersby but perhaps if we stay another time we might request a room overlooking the quiet courtyard as it was pretty noisy f... wat mensen zeggen » rom the street at night and early morning. The courtyard is great for a quiet glass of wine and the breakfast is simple but everything you need. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to help us for things we needed. The location is perfect. The rooms were old style with the wood floors and antique furniture. It was clean and comfortable and very well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again.

  It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay. The very central position (close to "everything"). - The location is excellent, apartment 2a and 2b are comfortable and lovely enough but I wouldn't take the share bathroom apartment.   The apartment we rented was very roomy. We were quite thrilled with it. The living room furniture was a little worn, but still in good condition. The proprietors were very attentive to our needs, friendly and helpful. We had almost everything we needed at our disposal, allowing us to relax and explore Prague.   The location is excellent right in the middle of Prague for tourists. The rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms) were of different prices and sizes, all 3 rooms offered good value for their price. The bathrooms in all 3 rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of hot water comfortable non-slip shower stalls. Breakfast was good. We had a very spacious room, good bathroom facilities with a decent sized shower cubicle. Some very tasty cakes at breakfast, and really we had everything we needed for a great price.
