  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... wat mensen zeggen » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  The apartment is really big, I stayed there with three friends. There was two big double bedrooms, a large lounge and a decent size dining area. Decent bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Denis the owner was really nice and let us check in early and also let us leave our bags there in day of departure.   The staff was friendly and very kind. The hotel was clean, the room spacious and with a wonderful river view. The breakfast was copious, with a great choice in a sweet and savoury buffet. Nicely appointed hotel, very comfortable beds, good location for touring Prague. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

  It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. For being in a big... wat mensen zeggen » city, the apartment was pretty quiet at night. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space. - The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.
