  Vrijwel alle aspecten, de ligging 5a10 minuten van de dichtbijgelegenmetro en de Bus lijn naar het vliegveld. De kamer waar we achter superlekker hebben geslapen vanwege de rust, het ontbijt was prima verzorgden lekker laat tot 10:30 en tot 23u 's avonds kon je nog in de bar watdrinken. Ontbijt op bed was ook prima verzorgd. Prima bediening enschon... wat mensen zeggen » e kamer! Super! - Alles was zeer goed, maar het leukste was dat terwijl we inchecte de koffers al in onze kamers stonden , zodoende waren we ze even ,,kwijt'' Dat is nog eens service.   Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... wat mensen zeggen » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is new and there are no hindering compromises taken in the building or the decoratio... wat mensen zeggen » n. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

  The staff was friendly and very kind. The hotel was clean, the room spacious and with a wonderful river view. The breakfast was copious, with a great choice in a sweet and savoury buffet. Wonderful position, approx. 10 minutes walking from the Old Jewish Cemetery and the Old-New Synagogue, 10/15 minutes from Old Town Square (astronomical clock) a... wat mensen zeggen » nd 20 minutes from Charles bridge, Kampa island and St. Nicholas Church (Malá Strana). I strictly recommend this hotel - The Manager, Peter, attended to our initial complaint of our room smelling of cigarettes, by moving us into another room and provided complimentary bottles of water and fresh fruit platter, thank you. Nicely appointed hotel, very comfortable beds, good location for touring Prague. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

  It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. For being in a big... wat mensen zeggen » city, the apartment was pretty quiet at night. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space. - The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

Rooms are modern and clean and you have a great view from the upper floors. Reception staff was friendly and helpful.
