  We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. Walking distance to everything. - Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

  • Loved the 12:00pm checkout and the possibility to extend to 1:30pm (pending no arrivals in your room on your day of checkout) for free. • Loved the location!! It was a 5min walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. • We stayed in the Apartment (Junior Suite) New York. It had air conditioning, two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with sh... wat mensen zeggen » ower/tub combination), living room, bedroom and kitchen. • When breakfast is included in your stay, you eat it at the little cafe that is right next - It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel. Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

  The location was excellent, it was in the old town and very close to everything. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very compfortable. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. It wasn't a big issue for us because we didn't really need it. The next night Pavel informed us that the saf - Very good location, related to Intercontinental hotel which is 10 meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room, good design, comfortable beds, good restaurant on the roof with nice view of the old town. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to anyone going to Prague

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Staff is polite. W... wat mensen zeggen » i-Fi internet connection is available in the room (but sometimes it is very poor). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.
