  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude! There are many great bars on the street where the hotel is located. And to be honest, it is not so far to the city center from the hotel. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.

  I booked a single room and it was very comfortable (unlike some grotty single rooms in some hotels) with a TV, phone, 2 comfortable chairs and a comfy bed. There was a nice clean en-suite shower room with loo. I had read that there were toiletries in the bathroom, which was good, as we had travelled hand luggage only. But this was soon sorted by the kind and polite gentleman on reception who supplied us with a couple of small bottles of very - The localization of hotel are very good because is far from turistic downtown and near to subways and trams (public transportations). This is good because the city does not operate with Euros, only tchec crouwns, local money, and the there are better currency exchange houses and good restaurants. The view is amazing, its possible to see the castel, mainly at night.

  Alles, het was een uitstekende keuze - Prima personeel, op de meest gekke vragen wordt er serieus ingegaan en geadviseerd. Ik had echt het gevoel van " ..wij zijn hier voor U .." Het is geen luxe hotel, maar het sanitair is nieuw (er is niet alleen in de douche maar ook bij de wasbak een zeeppompje) en netjes.
