The hotel's location was great, with a walking distance to places of interest in every direction. Staff was helpful, we got e.g. extra blankets when asked. Room was very tidy and cleaned daily. Breakfast was comprehensive: sausage, different cheeses and cold cuts, eggs (scrambled and boiled), fruits, cereals of different types, yoghurt, toasts, green salad, potato salad, vegetables, couple of sort sweet pastries, juices, etc..). I do not care that this hotel does not have an elevator, breakfast is not so perfect and staff is small, services are not so important to me.

We called staff before coming and they arranged for pick-up from the
train station without even asking. We arrived late and somebody met us

The apartment was very central so you can come home throughout the day. The layout was very spacious for a group of 4 friends with 3 queen size beds. The place also had all facilities to cook your own food /make tea/coffee if you wanted to stay in. We felt very comfortable and private.

First of all, the location is perfect: in 2 minutes you can reach all
the famous tourist place like charles bridge, old town square, and in
less than 5 minutes walking you can reach shopping area, municipal house
and nearly all the place for concert, black light theatre or others
activities. The stuff is helpful and we got our room repaired before
noon. They also helped us to book all kinds of tickets. The room is very

Our room on the 4th floor was excellent with wooden beams on the ceiling, bathtub, bathrobes, free coffee/tea making facilities and free Wi-Fi. Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - I felt like they went way above and beyond. Our room was amazing - a great view of the square and Tyn Church... a location that just couldn't be beat in my mind. And I thought the value was unreal for the location, room size and quality and service!!
