  Hana, a hotel staff at the reception, was very attentive and helpful. Whenever I asked something, her response was very quick and also very helpful, no matter how busy she looked in other tasks, which was the most impressvie. She arranged a different room from the one I actually booked (a double room ) because she had been informed that I wanted... wat mensen zeggen » to stay at a room with a good veiw of the outside. That was a single room, but the room provided a much better view of the outside (facing the stati - Just about everything. The hotel seemed to 'fit' with our experience of Prague itself. The room was large, with a beautiful, oval window through which we could watch the bustle of the railway station and highway above it. Staff members were very helpful, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the hotel was in a good position, close to trams and within walking distance of many spots.

  The location was great, only 5 min walk to the old town, very near to international railway station (hlavni nadrazi) 15min walk. The breakfast did not have many choices but was good & sufficient. I advice changing money at the reception with 6% commission but without any limit. (In the old town area they usually change with stupid low rate whe... wat mensen zeggen » n you change bellow 500 euro ). Good map of the Prague city at the reception. Near the hop on hop of bus station if you want to use that tour choice. - -Best location for Prague. Close to all bars and shops, 4 tram stops near hotel - 10-50 meters. -Nice staff -although the station and close to amazing but silence -high ceilings and large windows in the rooms

  The receptionists were highly competent and helped us. It was not far from Vaczlavska square (5-10 minutes by walking).The room was not very large, but quiet comfortable, there were towels for each person. Spoons, forks, cups and knives were not the same, like they have stolen it from someone :) Also their exchange course from euro to czech crones... wat mensen zeggen » wasn't very good, they receive only czech crones. So we payed more than a price on booking. - The room was spacious and very clean. There were corner shops to provide for our self-catering breakfast. The facilities were adequate. The staff gave us advice whenever we sought it.
