  The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary which makes it less than 2 minutes walk from the central Spa area, the restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated "old-fashionly". The staff was most kind and helpful, and even gave each of us a present when we departed. I was on a business trip and enj... wat mensen zeggen » oyed my stay a lot, and im sure the place would also be perfect for couples and families who would like a relaxing vacation. - The staff was great, especially the Lady at the reception (during the day, dark and curly hair). She was very helpful and hospitable, made us feel like home. Really friendly and pleasant. The room itself was cozy and beautiful view. Very clean. Good breakfast. The Lady from the reception also gave us discount tickets up to 40% to various spa accross the street, which we actually used for a great price. Very pleased with the hotel choice. Thank you again!

  The location is excellent right in the center of the town, very close to Hot springs, wonderful location. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one). There is no reception at all; everything ... wat mensen zeggen » is running from the restaurant, for me it wasn’t issue, because everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Kraus junior, the owner's son! Ado - Location: Unbeatable, in the very middle of the most attractive part of Karlovy Vary, right across the street from Vridlo, steps from the main Colonnade (Mill Colonnade), less than 30m from Zamecke Lazne and from the Market Colonnade. Right under the Deer Jump. Staff: Excellent, always friendly, very helpful. Parking: Right on the roof of the hotel. Value for money
