  amazing hotel, truly the 5 star experience. The staff is very nice, they do their best to speak english (but they are better in German). I think they really did an effort to improve breakfast, we read some bad reviews about it, but we thought thought it was good. The best thing about the hotel is the spa. It is all very nicely decorated with mozai... wat mensen zeggen » eks, and you can choose from 5 different sauna's and hammams. - VERY good service and quality of food in the restaurant, nice SPA facilities, very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy! Balcony and terrace are inviting to enjoy beautiful and colorful sceneries.
