  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. The room was large, elegant, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi signal and a good sel... wat mensen zeggen » ection of TV channels. Breakfast was served in the atrium and was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.
