The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great.
Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).

A hostel with ideal location - right in the very center of the city. The room was clean and with the basic facilities. The personel was helpful. It is more suitable for younger people or for open-minded mature couples since there is no option for en suite bathroom. However, the location and the amiable atmosphere make the Brit Hostel a place of choice for Zagreb.

The most friendly stuff I've ever met! They helped us in everything (e.g. one of them arranged even the paying for parking via her mobile phone while we were sleeping :) and after that she helped us to find one of the few free parking places around the hostel. We got a free welcome shot (some local honey schnaps) etc. The room is small but perfect

Funk Lounge is the best hostel we visited on our trip! Everything was
perfect! We enjoyed friendly atmosphere, room was very clean and nice.
People working there are helpful, positive and they gave us lots of
advices about Zagreb and Croatia. Hostel is very good located, 5 min
tram ride to the central square or 15min by foot. There is beautiful
park just near hostel. We are very happy with our stay in Funk Lounge

- The staff was great, since before our trip they were all very nice, answered emails and gave us all the attention we need it to make our time there easy and comfortable.
- Location it is perfect, right in the middle of the town, close to everything.
(It can be trick to get by car, but they will give you all the information and you'll make it.)

Room was nice and clean. W had everything we needed and more. Own bathroom and shared kitchen which was also very clean. Great for a one or two night stop over for budget travelers.
Accommodation was close to the city centre (walking distance). Pleasant stay, thanks to Mario!

A lovely, small boutique hotel of just 6 rooms. Very unusual architect-designed house on 3 levels (no lift, if stairs are a problem for you) that overlooks greenery & trees. Lovely sitting-out areas and an excellent, light & airy breakfast room. The breakfast was elegantly served and the food of good quality, especially the breads. We liked it very much. It's located inside the center so you can walk to every interest spot. And if you wish, it's very close to a main square tram station and also not to far from the train station. The rooms are pretty, rather clean. The staff was always kind and patient. The localization is just perfect, its on a pedestrian street that is
full of bars, cafés and restaurants and all day long is full of people
drinking coffe or beer or just hanging out on the confortable chairs.
Its a very quiet and clean hostel, at least on the top floor where the
double rooms are. The staff was very helpful with booking day trips to
Plitvice Lakes, and searching trains and buses to nearby towns.

Me and my girlfriend was staying in Henrik Apartments for one night. It was really nice. Owners are very friendly , they gave us a map of city Zagreb and told us some key informations about city and recommended some great restaurants.
Yes the dog was barking, but it wasn't so enjoying, dog is very very old and you cannot blame him :)

The room was very comfortable with many touches that are often overlooked in a cheap place (hair dryer, stylish furnishings, comfy bed). The staff was excellent, very friendly (with the exception of the woman who cleaned the rooms who refused to smile or respond when I said dobra jutra). My only complaint was loud construction starting at 6:45am and dogs barking all morning. Also the stairs leading to the second floor flat were terrifying.
