  What a great little find! The rooms had everything you could ask for - kitchen, TV, outside area, air con and even a washing machine! The apartment was small but really had everything you need and was very homeley. The location was great about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Split. Near to the steps up to Marjan hill for a bit of countryside esc... wat mensen zeggen » ape. Great hosts, really friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended. - The owner and his family are very nice. The apartment was nicely furnished (stereo, DVD player, DVD's, knick-knacks from around the world). The owner left 2 beers, a bottle of orange juice, and a bottle of water in the refigerator and informed me that they were for me- I thought this was a nice touch. I had problems finding the apartment, and the owner came to meet me. The location is good- about a 7-10 minute walk to the old city section (Diocletian's Palace) of Split.

  Location, very close to the beach, center and port. Also close to a super market. - Compact apartment, clean and close to old town and the beach. There was a good supermarket nearby and no noisy late night bars to contend with. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay until we needed to go for our flight.   Tonci, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is large with plenty of storage space. There is a separate bedroom and a combined setting room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with very nice appliances. The bath is large and has a washing machine. The location is a short distance to the old town. The apartment is on the ground level. - Very friendly hosts, apartment was well equipped. 20 minute walk into Split centre but easy to find. We were able to park outside and leave the car during our stay. The hosts showed us 2 lovely new apartments they were renovating which looked luxurious and they hope will be ready soon. The apartment we had was excellent value for money.

Very comfortable bed and pull out couch. AC worked very well and kept room cool. Easy walk from ferry dock or quick taxi ride. There is a market everyday just outside the palace walls that offers fruit, vegetables, meat, - The best feature of Villa Kate is its location - minutes of walk from Diocletian's Palace, the markets, supermarkets and the Riva Promenade. It's well placed to join day tours and return to cool down in the air-conditioned sitting room before heading out to enjoy an evening stroll. We also liked the kitchenette and the power shower. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I am glad I asked them to book a taxi to meet us at the airport as we would never have found the place by ourselves! Over

  Nice, modern and clean apartment close to the haven. Good service. We were contacted a few days before tve arrival and they arranges a taxi picup at the airport. we were met by one from the staff where the taxi stoped and shown the way. The apartment was in the old part of Split with the old city charm. The room was beautiful...the roll top bath was amazing, although we did run out of hot water pretty quickly...would definitely recommend!

  We had a great time at the apartman Stonne wall. Ante met us at the port and took us to the apartment which was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was in a great location only 5 minutes from the palace, beach and port. It was all pedestrian so really quiet and the bed was very comfy so we slept really well. Ante gave us lots of info about Spl... wat mensen zeggen » it and nice restaurants to try.As an added bonus Ante offered us a lift to the airport for our return flight which made things easier. All in all we h - It is very well situated: near the ferry and the bus station. Connections or day trips are easy and you are saving time. The sandy beach is very close as well as the grocery or the market to buy fresh local products. Travel books and maps were available in the appartment. The travel agency suggested for the waterfall park is the most convenient in Split and the cheapest. Nice follow up buy the owner buy email confirming the arrival time. Nice service.and english speaking.

  We loved the location! It could not have been more perfect, right in the palace, close to the harbour, the beaches, and all the best restaurants and shopping. Split was incredible, and the Top Centar was just what we needed. - Excellent location. Friendly owners. Able to check in early and leave bags which is always nice on a quick city trip.   Location is amazing, everything is near. The apartment is small and cosy, and the patio is the best. The owner is very nice, and easy to contact. We had a perfect holiday, and we can really recommend Bubalova. - the apartment is really nice, small but nice. Cleanliness would need some more efforts. Location is great for the old town trip.

  My sister and i was in Croatia (Split) first time. And i`m glad that we visited this city and chose this apartment. I felt very good there. Tonchi (the owner) was very hospitable and friendly. It was very pleasant! And our apartment was comfortable with good design, there we could find everything what we needed for rest. Due to it i felt like at h... wat mensen zeggen » ome ))) Also this apartment is not so far from beach (by foot it takes about 15 min.). Well, i liked everything! I hope we will come back there again - The apartment was very clean and spacious with all possible equipment. It was also on a calm area so it was peacefull staying there. Owner Tonci was extremely friendly and helpful through out out whole stay starting from the fact that he picked us up from the bus station on the day of out arrival. He also gave us plenty of information about Split and made sure we as his guests enjoyed our stay. All and all we enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Mits 6 euro opleg per nacht kozen wij een kamer met groot terras dat uitkeek op de zee, echt een aanrader als je zoals wij 3 nachten verblijft.Een terras met stoelen, zetels en een tafel, goed afgeschermd met planten, bloemen en zonnetent. Kleine supermarkt vlakbij.Je kan je auto voor de deur parkeren en met de bus, om de hoek en om het kwartier, naa - delocatie,de kamer was schoon en het balkon was groot met een mooi uitzicht ,het personeel was heel behulpzaam.
