  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   Zeer mooie grote kamer en badkamer, ideaal om enkele dagen te verblijven. Mits 6 euro opleg per nacht kozen wij een kamer met groot terras dat uitkeek op de zee, echt een aanrader als je zoals wij 3 nachten verblijft.Een terras met stoelen, zetels en een tafel, goed afgeschermd met planten, bloemen en zonnetent. Kleine supermarkt vlakbij.Je kan je auto voor de deur parkeren en met de bus, om de hoek en om het kwartier, naa - delocatie,de kamer was schoon en het balkon was groot met een mooi uitzicht ,het personeel was heel behulpzaam.

  Firstly, we never write any comments about the hotels on here as none have justified the action. Until now. Palace suites is truly a hidden gem in Split. From the moment we arrived (earlier than the required check in time) Zeljka made us feel so welcomed. She pointed out all major attractions and gave great suggestions for restaraunts and - My stay at Palace Suites was truly fabulous. I wanted to be in Diocletian Palace so I knew not to expect a big chain style hotel. This boutique property was delightful- the staff went out of their way to be helpful, my suite was beautiful-by far the largest Suite I have stayed in during my European travels.   I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. He even gave us a cell phone that is assigned to the guests of the apartment. The apartment is very ... wat mensen zeggen » big and fully equipped, dining room, tv room, kitchen, and of course bedroom. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

  Ivo and Ive are amazing. They were gracious hosts opening their home to travelers world-wide. I stayed there on tow separate occasions and both times my expectations were greatly met. I will have to comment on their willingness to give travel and cultural information about the surrounding areas. Michael - The room had air-conditoning which was perfect after hot days. There was a tv with many channels in English. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and free wifi. The owner was helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were clean and great showers.
