  Nieuw,schoon,ligging.Vriendelijke eigenaar.Keukentje. - Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De gehele accomodatie zag erverzorgd en schoon uit. De ligging tov. Strand is goed, centrum isongeveer 20 minuten lopen. Voor ons is het een overweging hier nogmaalsnaar toe te gaan.

  Great location in part of the old town just 25 meters from the atmospheric harbour side and an easy walk with luggage from the bus station. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants with reasonably priced food nearby if you fancy a change from the excellent ‘fayre’ served in the restaurant at street level below the apartment. Although this may mean 39 steps to your apartment, the staff are willing to carry - Very comfortable large room with modern and practical bathroom. Located in the historical centre of town in a lively small street, we did not get disturbed during the night, but had to close the well insulating window. As consequence not accessable by car.Aircondinging. Had exellent welcome by the personell, which found a solution also to store our bikes. We would recommend if you would like to stay in Rovinj historical centre.

  The owners were wonderful people. They went out of the way to make this a fantastic trip. He helped us get a ride into town and back again for a super low price. Ordered pizza for us when we arrived in the late evening and gave us a glass of wine the moment we walked in the door. The breakfast was delicious. And our room was exactly what we w... wat mensen zeggen » anted with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. We plan on returning. - Owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The welcomed us with a nice glass of wine and sent us off with a nice gift as well. The apartment had a fantastic view of the ocean and the breeze sitting on the terrace was amazing. The breakfasts were excellent and there are many nice restaurants in Rovinj. The beach was a 5 min walk and it is not overly crowded (we visited in mid July).

  The open-plan apartments have been beautifully renovated with exposed beams and partial brickwork. The décor has been chosen to color co-ordinate for each apt. individually. Rooms are clean, spacious and functional with plenty of drawer and hanging space. It is a 15 minute walk into the Old Town from the apt. Elena, the manager, was very helpful ... wat mensen zeggen » with planning what to see and do and willing to answer all questions about Rovinj and the surrounding areas. She suggested a very good restaurant, Mae - We were 4 friends travelling together and had the top floor 2 studios with kitchenettes. It was perfect and Elena, who manages the apartments was just fantastic. She was more than helpful with information and advice and helping us plan excursions and had great knowledge of the area. It is about 10 minutes to the old town which is great as it is quiet and more residential and there is parking for cars. Just a plus in my opinion!!!

  The apartment was very clean, well equipped, nicely furnished and comfortable.The location is convenient to the old town, there are shops nearby and parking is easy. The owner Mirna was extremely kind and helpful - she even did some washing for us. We were able to park our car in the parking facilities available earlier than what was stated, which was a great help. It was also situated close to the old town - a short and not very strenuous walk.

  Excellent apartment fully equipped with a fantastic owner and his wife who went out of the way to ensure you enjoyed your holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was close to the town centre (5 to 10 minute walk) but their where a number of shops in the vacinty selling all basic needs. A wonderful place to relax so much so we... wat mensen zeggen » hope to go back next year. Would highly recommend a stay. - We like everything about our apartments. We got even more than expected. We felt like at home. The apartment is big and comfortable, fully equipped and located in a quite street that was important for us with a baby. Ivan and his family are very friendly and did their best to make us feel comfortable.
