We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. The guy is extremely nice (had some beer, milk and water for us free of charge), ave us a ride to the center, lended us his computer, etc. Totally recommendable for someone who has a car or walking is not a problem cause center of town is quite far. The owner was indeed oustandingly friendly and kind, as well as forgiving with our noise and general nuisance. The building is very nicely take care of, with simple but clean and spacious apartments, having whatever you need for a few days' stay (cutlery, (shot) glasses, cork openner etc). The view from the terraces is decently nice, with a high-level panoramic overview of Rabac's golf.

The place is beautiful, easy to reach but off the main road and 50 meters from the seaside.
The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking.
The hotel has free access to a pool and a jacuzzi inside a greenhouse, so it's warm and comfortable even when the weather outside

the location is perfect - we explored the entire Istrian peninsula as

Very clean, modern and well-kept apartment, with friendly hosts, who shall welcome you with a fresh fish dinner. Brsec village is a tiny, cozy village. The car is a must; once you have it Brsec is a good starting point to explore the coast, islands and interior of Istria.

We loved everything about this hotel and the region in general. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully appointed; the views are stunning; Breakfasts are delicious and served on a terrace overlooking the Adriatic. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Rovinj.
