  Pool and spa area very nice. Included breakfast and restaurants were all very good. Free parking, gym was good for a hotel gym.

  The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. Price reasonable. - Because o... wat mensen zeggen » f the delay of my flight, I couldn't make it that day for my reservation. They didn't charge me for that night while I was checking out. It was so kind of them. And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

  Really I'm a Person people. That was I found at Hotel Park 10. All the people there is educated, smiling. ready to help. That was my second time been there, two years ago I was there with my sons and granddaughters. For me that is my house at Medellin. Thanks for everything you did for us, even bring the Dr. one day that I felt a little sick. Guys... wat mensen zeggen » , you are #1. One more time THANKS!!! - I found the value to be excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and the facilities very well presented. I fund the location close to Park Lleras in Zona Rosa to be the best!

  Friendly, helpful staff including front desk, bell hops and breakfast/restaurant staff. Good central location in El Poblado; walking distance to Parque Lleras. Breakfast is plentiful, nice offer of a welcome drink. Churrasco en El Puerto restaurant was excellent. Pool is really nice, large and open late, execise machines hardly used and nice ly lo... wat mensen zeggen » acted overlooking pool in outside covered area. Price was very reasonable for value received. Higher rooms have nice view of city and valley. - The Hotel facilities in general including the Gym and the Pool are very well maintained and in good conition. The Breakfast Buffet is Excellent!!!
