  We got a good deal on the internet and stayed primarily on weekdays in the off season, and so there were not many other people. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive and the hotel was very nice- stylish and well maintained, with a small pool in the courtyard and a sun heated jacuzzi on the roof, which was fantastic. That was fine for me as I speak Spanish - We have never experienced such great customer service from everyone -- starting with the leader Laurence Marais. We will never forget the way that she jumped into a taxi and took us to a favorite restaurant when she couldn't get the directions across. Marjorie was terrific as were all the staff.
