  From the moment we arrived at check in to our departure we received excellent attention from all the staff we met. They were all so professional but in a very relaxed friendly manner. The facilities were amazing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and we would rate the St Regis hotel as the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
