I couldn't have asked for more. I wanted a luxury business hotel, and the Langham provided both the luxury and the business facilities, plus excellent food, along with a delightful service ethos that desired only to excel. We won't be looking for another hotel in Shenzhen. -

The personnel was very well trained and always smiling and helpful. They were even checking if the taxi driver is giving the right amount of change. -

The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite. I Found the hotel to be very clean and enjoyed my stay there.
This is a very, very good hotel.
The staff were also very accommodating in allowing me a very late check out so that i could attend to my business meeting.

This review is for the queen balcony sea view room. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway and is on the same line as the airport and markets with is good, though they are each some distance away. The included breakfast is good with a variety of western and Asian styles although I am not sure if they renew the buns every day.
