Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower
was huge and had fantastic water pressure. -
Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our
departure and the breakfast was superb.

Well, everything. The room was better than advertised, the staff were
helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a pure treat...mostly
Asian, of course, but there was eggs and toast and oj and stuff
available, too. Delicious. Plus, the location is very, very good...a
walk or a dirt cheap taxi ride to anywhere I wanted to go. Heck, I

The hotel is in a good location close to the walking street and two metro stations.The units are modern,comfortable and well appointed & equipped.The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of tastes catered for.Metro line 2 is very handy for both shanghai airports and fast intercity trains

Amazing hotel, excellent service. It was my birthday during this time and I had not told any of the staff but they must of deduced this from my ID and so they sent me a cake. from the airport or trainstation easy to reach by taxi.
The empoyees and staff were very friendly and their english is good.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast, so great, it is almost impossible to wish more or better.

The staff were very helpful and showed flexiubility. This is my 5th time
at this hotel and its very consistent. The location is superb for both
business, shopping and sightseeing. The taxi guide is very helpful as
you can just show your location to the driver. And also show him the
hotel address for the return. -

... wat mensen zeggen » rs and it's my favourite hotel in shanghai. I'm sure there are more luxurious but this is in a great area for eating and drinking. Rooms are big and clean and they are generous with upgrades. Just don't ever expect them to remember you've been before!
