What I remember most of all - I had some low speed internet problems and complained about that. In 2 minutes (!!) I had a router installed directly in my room.. -

Great if you are attending the Canton Fair. They have clean, very spacious rooms. There's a kitchen and Landry within the rooms. My room invluded breakfast. It's good but not great. At free I'm not complaining.
I've stayed at the Hyatt and its same class but at 4 times the price.

1-front office staff speak English fluently.
2--the staff is very helpful, they do their best when you ask them to help you with anything even if not related to the hotel.

The staff was very receptive and extremely co-operative with a smile and ready to help always. The girls and the men at the reception were very polite, attentive, and instant in their services. The hotel is located in a place where you will find more than 12 restaurants serving food from all parts of the world and there is an Indian Restaurant by the Name of Vastu just below this hotel, the owner ,Mr. Deepak Gupta, was very co-operative and I was starved of home food and he gave me food better
