  I couldn't have asked for more. I wanted a luxury business hotel, and the Langham provided both the luxury and the business facilities, plus excellent food, along with a delightful service ethos that desired only to excel.   The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch.   I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status. Rooms modern and clean, very good service at the restaurants - The hotel is very clean and has several different restaurants, the staff is very friendly and can speak good English.   The Staff were great and the Hotel is a true 5 Star Hotel. I Found the hotel to be very clean and enjoyed my stay there. This is a very, very good hotel.
