  I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status.   I was in town for attending Canton Fair. Well organized free shuttle service to the Fair. Made a special request for early check in at 10am which was granted without any extra fees.   Awesome service! Friendly front desk who checked us in really fast. Though only one room was ready for us to check it but it was great as we were up early to start our travel to Zhu hai and all we wanted is to be able to rest and wash up. Rooms were spacious and superbly clean. Very convenient too! Just less than 10 mins walk from the Border Gate ... wat mensen zeggen » within the mall below. - I think the design and interior of room is the best part I appreciated while no chances for me to use any of the facilities like pool and gym side,relaxing area, the best should be the location just 100m away from Macao which really convenience and save time a lot to cross border.

The concierge people - 2 female staff - followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back. It was more to how calm they were and followed up.
