Four seasons Guangzhou is just perfect, the staff is amazing, they do their best always for you to be like if you were at your home, rooms are very very nice, clean, they change the fruits everyday for you, the rooms are very big, perfect bathroom, they are all very high so excelent view! The breakast is one of the best I have had in the world! - Very cool hotel! Great design, very comfortable, lovely staff, good restaurants, very good spa and facilities (gym and swimming pool). Good to know that the hotel is located in the highest building of the city and has a view (face to face) to the Canton Tower and the pearl river (and basically all the city, since the lobby is on the 70th floor and the hotel goes until the 100th).

  I was in town for attending Canton Fair. Well organized free shuttle service to the Fair. Made a special request for early check in at 10am which was granted without any extra fees. Very nice swimming pool. Overall truly 5 star hotel. - Very good hotel in French style with great breakfast commparing with other places in China!   I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status.   It was probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in in China. The room itself was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The meal in the Western restaurant was also good. - Luxury hotel, excellent design, furniture in the lobby, bought for 18.000.000 RMB ! Spacious and very comfortable, quiet, fresh room. Big, clean and cosy bathroom.

  The hotel is located in the best part of Guangzhou. Near have lots of good western restaurants, shoppings and places to visit like the canton tower. The staff was really nice, and they help us in everything we need. The design of apartments is really cool, and they are big. We stay 3 persons in a one room apartment. Is hard to find, but like I d... wat mensen zeggen » o always in China, when I catch the taxi I called them and they explained to the taxi driver teh location. If you go by metro, they can pick you in th - Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Offered us drinks while we waited for our room to be cleaned because we came a bit early. Helped us find our way around town and recommended places to eat/see and how to get there. Also helped us find our way to Shenzhen to visit family. Also the washer machine broke while we were using it and they apologized and offered us a new room if we needed it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free milk, buns and fruit were given daily too!
