Overall, this is our favourite hotel of all time. The service provided by the staff was of the highest quality we have ever experienced. While English was not fluent, the staff were armed with smart phones (and free wifi) for efficient translation and were more than happy to facilitate booking tickets, organising tour guides and hiring bikes. Tian Yi was a beautiful little Boutique Guest House full of chinese
decor and culture. Our room was small but so different to anything I had
ever stayed in before anywhere that it didnt matter. We really enjoyed
our stay there. Once we were able to communicate (through ITranslate app
on iphone) the staff were very helpful and we had no problem at all,
when we needed to book trains for onward journey's the drove us to
the train station and waited over an hour for us as we had so much
trouble try
