  Heel weinig echt een 5 star chinees hotel is hard achteruit gegaan - Very good rooms: design, comfortable furniture, excellent bedding! Very friendly and responsible stuff. Beautiful territory around the hotel and very good breakfast (really large assortment of dishes, and everything is delicious). - room was spacious and clean.

  I stayed from 22nd to 26th August 2013 and was very impressed with the staff but in particular the Executive Lounge. I stay in many hotels in Asia, and in China, and can say that this is one of the best Lounges I've experienced. The team were very attentive but not overbearing and can see that the Manager, I believe is Jessica Lim (?), manages a v... wat mensen zeggen » ery good team. - The facilities are great, some of the best in Ningbo. It is just a short taxi to the local pub district. Overall its very impressive.

  The hotel is in very good condition and it is clearly build as a business/spa hotel. The staff doesn't speak English at all, besides one guy called mr. Wong. who speaks excellent English and is very helpful.
