Nice staff, comfortable room, nice furniture. The size of the bed although it wasn't particularly comfortable. No english. Room card stopped working twice. The customer service was terrible, really unhelpful and disgruntled front desk staff and the room view was awful. It overlooked ghetto housing. Our room also smelt of cigarettes! They made my friend wait in the foyer for a whole hour and wouldn't let her up to her room as her roommate had their key. When they finally let her into their room they didn't let her have another room card to get the electricity for the air con.
