The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to communicate effectively. The breakfast was large and had a good variety.

The staff do their best to make you feel good. They are always smiling and they spare no effort to serve well. Most of them we meet speak English and those who don't will try their best. The rooms were amazing spacious and with a very tasteful decoration. The charges were fare.

It's clean, the room is spacious, the staff are helpful (although they had a hard time speaking in English which seems to be the norm in Beijing).
The location (depending on your fitness, it's around 20-30 mins walk to Forbidden City and about 5-10 mins walk to Qianmen St. Market and I guess, 10-20 mins to the Temple of Heaven)

The hotel's design was very nice and also the staff very friendly, the breakfast was OK, with a sufficient offer of cold and also hot meals. The beds were big and comfortable, everything was clean, so we were really satisfied. There was a wifi in the rooms, which was also great. We really liked the rooms even though you should be prepared for having a bathroom and a toilet in the same room where you sleep - we knew it and we didn't mind :)
