  I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is very secure building and excellent value for money. David was very helpful to welcome us and arrange everything we needed. Metro is around 10-15 minutes walk but convenience stores like 'Family Mart' (which I believe is 24H) is just close by. There is also plenty choice of local restaurants. The apartment... wat mensen zeggen » was furnished and brand new. Also, the view from apartment was nice. Definitely recommended for price and location. - The location is OK - Nanjing West Road metro station is around 10 minutes walk. The entrance to the apartments are located on the back of the building. You have to call from reception to the guy responsible for rooms and then he comes. It can take some time. The apartment is OK if you do not need much assistance because there is no reception/nobody to help you. Otherwise the room is modern & nice. The view from the roof is super (the house has 29 floors).

  It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean. Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. It had a washing machine which made life much easier than expected. I would stay there again.

  Onze dochter woont in Shanghai en wij zijn er een week naartoe gegaan om haar een bezoek te brengen. Het verblijf in Yuanda Service appartement was echt heerlijk. Wij hebben, in verband met een weekend Beijing tussendoor, gebruik gemaakt van twee appartementen. Beide appartementen waren keurig, sfeervol en erg ruim. 'S avonds als we in bed lagen konden we genieten van adembenemend uit - Lovely place, amazing room for 2. They had everything we needed. A really nice bed, with a big tv with dvd player, sofa, big wardrobe, a nice kitchen, everything new. I think we were the first to rent it. Everyday they have a person to clean the room and change towels. They speak english and helped us with everything we needed. Especially things for kitchen, for a pearson who likes to cook, they provide everything. They are also in a really good location, with subway line 7, and a lot of food - Great place once we found it, few signs are written in English. Worth getting good directions if you intend arriving by Metro. Located only 350m from Changshou Rd Metro Station. Even though a little further out of the central city very easy and inexpensive getting around to all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Richard was particularly helpful and spoke good English. We were even upgraded from a studio unit to 1 bedroom unit at no extra charge. Rooms very spacious, even with 2 adults
