in the Grand Mercure which was fantastic! Couldn't fault anything at

Nice hotel. Quite location in residential square with all Accor hotels nearby. Staff very efficiently, expecially we wish to thanks a lot Mr. Andy who gave us all necessary info's needed as well as train ticketing support. We do suggest a short visit early morning to the near park, to see ordinary people practise Thai-Chi and dancing

Hotel is very good, comfortable room, good furniture, clean, very soft bed! Breakfast is perfect, you always have a choice. Hotel location is near one of the main streets, not so far away from station, have a metro. -

Despite staff not speaking English, they answered all our questions using computer translators, and even got an interpreter in when we first arrived. They were patient and friendly, and always tried to help with any problems. -

Our whole experience was a positive one. From booking the hotel, to
confirming a pickup at the airport, being met by 'John' when we
arrived, offered some tourist advice and getting a comfortable and
functional room, we had no complaints. It's is a really good value
for money option for budget travellers and it's location is

The location was great! I found the manager, John, to be one of the nicest and honest people I have met in all my world travels. He really was interested in making us comfortable. No English but they will call John for you to communicate. A side note Chinese hotel are rated differently - 3 stars are often 1 star hotels - I rate this a 2.5 stars. Lots to do in Xian around this hotel - we had a great view from the hotel.
