  The price was super cheap, the service and amenities were far beyond the price! I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. There were several English speaking employees which was very helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice are, within walking distance to the Square and Forbidden City. - the Chinese reception staff handled my booking... wat mensen zeggen » in and out promptly, conversed in English, translated my directions into Chinese language so I good give to taxi drivers.my room on 6th floor was huge with a comfortable bed. the shower and bathroom good. daily cleaning.no complaints with this hotel.

  We had booked a 2-bedroom family suite, which was apparently not available when we arrived--so for the same price were upgraded to a junior suite (living room, br, 1-1/2 baths) and adjacent deluxe room...very elegant and even more luxurious than we'd expected. Great location, and ended up having dinner all 3 nights at the buffet (l Cafe), which ha... wat mensen zeggen » d everything one could want. Definitely on the pricey side, but a wonderful way to end our China trip! - Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)
